I have been trying to do the visit medal for sometime, I have been visiting friends and posting messages but my count does not seem to go up.. Can anyone help me?

Some medals are messed up, not sure if this is one.

I do my visits live. It seems to me if I do them " live " (when a person is online) I get better presents as well, like silver chests and capachinos and boxes-keys. You cannot get a coin or a gift visit from a buddy. They have to be neighbors.
If you happen to not see the avatar when you go to their home pop into another room at the home you landed in. Sometimes this works.
I had this happen for a while and what I did was look for ways to fix it. After I popped into another room after I landed in their home and did not see them in the main room- it worked.

Try going to someone online that is a Neighbor.. if that person is visiting it will not work so if they are visting proceed to click on them and visit the apartment .. that should work. .. It also could be you are loading very very slow. SO. go to settings and turn off all animations in the room and on yourself. This helps with the loading.
