I have someone that I've added on Facebook so now they show up as my neighbour, but when I go to the free gifts section where you send the chests, their name does not pop up on the list ever. Other people I have added on Facebook do appear just fine on both my neighbours list and on my free gift list. And with the lady that does not appear in my free gifts list, I can still visit her and get the visit bonuses. I just can't send any free gift chest and I feel really rude about it so would like to fix it if I can! Anyone else had this problem? And yes I've cleared my case multiple times and nothing seems to work.

Well I dont know the what the solution to the problem is. But you might be able to go to all facebook friends list and find them there . and they might show up on the buddies list later . it might take a week .

It's been a month! I thought it would fix itself but it hasn't. If I go to "all friends" and search for her name, it doesn't come up at all.... Actually a lot of names don't come up if I search my "all friends" list... I assume that's because they're blocked the app, but it doesn't make sense that this lady would since she also plays.
