I've tried to see/use The New "Neighbor Ladder" that was referenced in the BVG Yoworld Announcement with the new interface & cannot locate/use it.
IF anyone can shed light on where,when & how I can access It would be appreciated. TY & HAGD!

P.S. I'm also having issues changing the Color or My Chat Bubble/Text. I managed to change my Name Bubble color but the Chat is a bit Elusive.

Neighbor Ladder means the row boxes of your neighbors below the game, making it like a horizontal ladder. So when you're not at full screen you'll see the ladder. It was called new because it has a new look.

Changing the bubble name to any of the dozen colors is also your bubble color, right? Did you try to reload?
