I recently started to play yoworld. I have added lots of Yoworld players & been able to hire for factory but I do not see anyone in my neighbours or buddy list. I cant send chests or add anyone for neighbour. I can send hotdogs now but not get any from friends as says you cannot get hotdogs form people not your friend??? They are friends on fb, all play yoworld. I played when it was yoville. It is strange to me

I think we have to play 7 days in a row without missing too.

Hi there. just coming in and seeing if I can help others with what I know. I have no clue about your problem Usually when we don't have buddies, we just dont have them.
On one of the updates a lot of people lost a bunch, others got all out of order that were orders in catagories.
I am not sure, but maybe that was you .. that was affect and it looks like you are new to me with the nice gold glasses. Not everyone gets those when they start.
I think since you waited so long you need to fill out a ticket since not any of us here can help you.
so do this. Go into game, go to HELP. scroll to bottom and contact. fill out a bugs and reporting ticket for the team.
Give good detail of what is happening. You can even give them the link for in here too where you talked about it.
THen once you do this go right away to your email and look in your 'spam folder" a message gets sent immediatly, an AUTO REPLY. from that email they sent add them to your contact list.
then wait about a week. the fix first come first serve so do not write them again so you will be in an order.
If you write again you go to the bottom of the que again so be sure to tell as much detail as possible about your problem.
One thing for sure they love detail, specifics and not a lot of mushy talk, joking or silly stuff. If you want to write the team silly stuff, do it in the contact team and not in bugs and reporting ..

Thank you Ziplocket, As I explained before I have recently added Yoworld. Cool about the glasses I sent in a ticket about 4 days ago, received an auto reply & waiting for a response. I am aware there are many who are having issues with one or two neighbours but not the whole lot. I cant add anyone as the box comes up blank & also none are on my buddy list. I cant even get free gifts because none of my fb yoworld playing friends are on the tabs or in list to add or buddy list.. It's no fun having no one to visit or to visit back, so cant make much money. I dont believe I would ever spend time sending any jokes or silly stuff, Im 50 yrs old, & pretty much past tomfoolery Yes I read the auto reply saying to wait & not send another ticket blah blah. I have given them as much detail as was actually happening. It's just the friends thing that is the problem. If its not fixed soon I will give up & try another game that I can play properly. Hagd

hon, im telling you the truth. I had issues with YOVILLE with my buddy list for 1 and half years with ZYNGA!
I wrote them nothing. I told them in the forums, nothing. they had a special place where ninjas answered your questions. I started to think them ninjas were hackers I was so upset. How can a person reapeat the same answer 100 times to me and then say they work a forum! same answer, not any help. ALl I got were opened cans of their own spam all day long. I gave up.
I was such a good player i refused to stop spending just becuase they had odd ball ninjas in the forums. maybe they put them there because they could not decorate as a punishment. WHO the heck knows?

SO quess what I did t try to fix it?
I delted everyone. one at a time starting with all the ones that were not neighbors or never talked or showed no game activiy on fb page. oH MY GOSH how much do you want to bet I delted all the worng one. I bet they were the besties and I got stuck with the last of the rats from the alleys. right? no. no no. that is not what happen. It got worse than that.
I went to that Neighbor contraption list where every one can see how much yo cash everyone had.

im deleating a color. PINK BLUE OR GRREN OR WANTTOBE"S. whos next. nah nah nah.
so i tried to figure out how that color coded thing worked. oh what a challenge. add -delete- add- delete. i delete on on the top he ended up Pink a pink bottom.
FINALLY i figured out that thing and wrote lessons on it.
in the mean time I cant find one buddy and i could not have events. i think i delted eveyone a few times trying to fix it myself. what a joke.
they take my money and take 3/4 of my game play. no forums and no buddies or neighbors. well they really should have given me all my money back for 1 and a half years. they really should have. OH NO on no zynga could not give me back my money for menial game play. the game was broken and they could not fix so what did they do? l
they sold it to BVG instead. and right before they sold it poof. my buddy list fixed. amazing.
so I figured out now what happened. one of them zyngas accidentally blocked beautiful that's what? have you ever heard of being blocked but the block head still take their money? yeah me either.

OMG!!! that's crap :/ I'm glad you got sorted with BVG. I have had a little progress, I am getting chests from about 7 people but they are not on my buddy list or in my neighbour tab underneath. So I haven't a clue why the others are not showing in chests.. its disheartening. I haven't yet bought yocash & I wont till I can play fully. I can now post & receive hotdogs so that's something I guess. Just wish it could be sorted soon so I can play properly. Going to check email to see if Viking Reggie has responded. honeestly sometimes I wish I could see what you see on your computer that I am not seeing.

I helped a few of my friends that come over and professionals to set up facebook. well YEAH i showed them MY YOWORLD. I learned fb through YOWORLD! so I got them to join. OH MY gosh it was so kewl seeing the noob happening on a NOOB account. I honestly think NOOBs should be allowed to play and learn without distractions. Leave the learning to the little game for them.
