Hi. I have been playing since 99. Now I just play ocasionally. I log once or twice a month and release stress by decorating a little.

But I am in Puerto Rico and in September we were hit by 2 storms back to back. Its been over two months without electric service, or internet, and barely have phone signal. I am worried about losing my account. Dont know who I can contact about this.

Btw, we are fine, my real home lost its fences and a door, but the door fell right AFTER the hurricane so we were extremely lucky... hoping for my life to come back to normal soon and wanting to log in and release a TON of stress decorating.

From what I have heard in the past is you can go up to 6 months of not playing before loosing your account. (I don't know if you actually loose it, or if you have to send an email to big viking games saying what happened as to why you weren't playing it.)

Me too, took a break for more than a year, did receive an email but still can play, alive in the game and kicking
