I just got the magic herb planter and I need to know what to do with it. I heard the plants are suppose to grow and you pick them but mine have not grown they still look like some dead plants. Also when they do grow someone said you use it with bait? What kind of bait?

you have to double click on the magical herb planter every six hours. And when you do you will receive a magical herb in your inventory. The actual look of the magical herb planter does not change.
