It sounds like he is on your facebook friend list.
go to your fb find his name and block it.
In 3 days his name will appear as a buddy on your buddy list. If he is already a buddy on your list, his name will nnot be the same as his rl in fb. He can choose any buddy name.

I suggest you go to your fb and find Fred Boehm and block him. As I said in 3 days he will fall off as a neighbor and his name will be a buddy name. then you can x him. and he poofala.
