why am i unable to add a transport arrows in the challenge rooms to link them to other rooms they match with??

It's because challenge rooms are considered "public" rooms. We also cannot trade other players in those rooms for that reason.

A public room is like Altons, the factory, the bakery, the casino, the beach, car factory, pet shop, vinnies, coffee shop, music shop. These rooms cannot be traded at nor can we "decorate" unless we have permission to access to decoroate. The names on this rooms at this time, cannot be changes. With our own homes we can change the names.
This rooms were challenge rooms but they also have a lot in common with the other public rooms in YO..
I think these rooms will hold some other later use at some time. Its a fast way for BVG to give us something to do as all they had to do was cute a room out and let us decorate it. They really are from homes already that they cut out.

Ownership of these rooms is mainly BVG. they can change names, add to it and take out of it as they want.. We do not have an eye in here to close the property as in our other homes.
