I have an IPad and play Yoworld all the time, for the past couple days when I try to tap on store in order to buy items it doesn’t do anything. Any help or suggestions will be much appreciated. Ali :'(

Can you try uninstalling the app and logging out of Facebook then log-in again and download the app?

Clear your cache.. maybe this is it. I know on computer I have to clear cache alot.
I am not sure of Ipad if it works with fb but if it does work with Fb, I would stick to using with FB..
In other feeds many are having issues with the "app."
Since you are already having issues, I would not want to download anything that many are having issues with already.
I use fb and do not have many issues as yet. I use computer, not an I pad or a phone.

You won't lose things! :hug:

Your progress/items are tied to your facebook account. This is how you can play on your IPad and a computer and your rooms/items will be the same. :rose:

Thank you to everyone that tried to help. I use Puffin to get to Yoworld. I can get on it but once I try to tap on the store nothing happens. You are all great for trying to help me.Ali
