How do you report paying for an item with yocash and never getting the item in your inventory? I paid 8 yocash and got nothing for it.

ok. what did you pay 8 yo cash for?
Where did you buy it, at store, at auction, from player.
What was the name of your item, ( if you cant remember the name, look in in LOG at top of the game and see your item. It will tell you date, item name how much you spent. etc etc.

Not all items are located in proper place. I looked in my pants and it was called a SKIRT! no joke a pair of pants was accidentally called a skirt. oh come, honey accidents happen but who cant tell the difference between a pair of pants and a SKIRT.. I prob need to send in that glitch.. and..
Yesterday only 1 of an item was spelled correctly, a white something or other but all the other colors were spelled WRONG! lol isn't that a riot?
I am sure BVG will give you your money back or fix that problem.
Maybe your item is an "ITEM" and not an accessory.
Look in your log hon, and come back and tell us what it was. I am sure there is a good explanation.
They need to give rewards for finding glitches.. Hint hint to bvg.
