Hello
So its been a while since i have uploaded a picture on the game. every time i click new picture on the brass frames, my pictures from facebook do not show up.The albums, pictures wont pop up, it wont let me click next page either, idk whats going on. i've bought new frames and the same happens, i have uploaded new pictures of myself and still no luck :/ anyone know what's going on?

Create a new Album on your facebook page and make sure the pics are in Jpg format. Try that. and look under Photos not Albums when you are uploading them.

It didn't work :/ i uploaded them on mobile, and then tried again through pc and nothing

Did you upload them from your mobile to your desktop/laptop or straight from your mobile to Facebook? Trust us mum does it all the time but the pics she uploaded from the tablet straight to Facebook did not work. Put them onto your desktop and then upload them to Facebook then from yoworld to the frame. Fluffy said try that and get back to us.

I saved them to my laptop, uploaded them through my laptop in a new album and still not luck :/

Send me the frame and I will see if I can get it to work. I have a room link under my signature. When I say ill try I mean mum will for you.

I had a quick check to see if you were online first. But your not. See the https link address at the bottom of my post click on that and it will take you to my room I think is should be the one I have set as my main room at the moment which is the Easter garden. you can gift it to me. Ill also go and leave a message in your in box it that makes it easier. I take it that it is still not working. If mum cant figure it out you will have to send a ticket (error report ) to the vikings. Ill try to find you a link for that too.

Sorry I have been busy all day I will have a look at it tomorrow my time. so 12 hours from now off to sleep. Just entering the gem comp.

Frames arrived Ive put 3 on the wall two of yours and one of mine. They would not of been able to have been gifted if they were hacked items from the first years of YoVille. That is one good thing.

Have not forgotten you Chapo. I went to have a look on Lous account and found I was using the App. That did not work. Ill try using Google when I get off my account.

Test 1. Put anything in the landscape frame. Done.
Test 2. Put saved item set in an Album. Fail It would not put an image in that I just set up the album only had one pic in it. It also did not put an image in the frame from my personal album with hundreds of images.
Test 3. Put an image in from the Photos tab. Passed using the image placed in an album. Also Passed using an image posted straight to my facebook page.

Come and have a look and then I will send them back to you Chapo.

*Use the Previous Page & Next Page arrows
to locate the image you wish to display.

*Move, Crop image to suit

still cant upload my own pictures , i did what u said and still nothing

There really isn't any way to load pictures onto the frames. It is a well known glitch that only can be fixed with them updating the game.

(I've tested different browsers and both gameroom and the direct yoworld desktop app and it doesn't work period.)

As you saw when you went to Lous Apartment I placed both your frames and one of ours I had no problem uploading images to either. Note the only difference other than that may be the browser you are using. We used Google Chrome. I did not test the upload via Game room, Opera, Desktop App, Firefox or Puffin. Give it a go and see if it works.
I have been told that visitors to my husbands account cant view images he has in his frames because they were using one of the other browsers to play the game. If all else fails I would be reporting it to BVG
