I go through the Forum Games regularly and sometimes when I'm too quick I get an error message that I'm posting too quickly, I understand why these are in place obviously to stop spammers but how long is the general length of time allowed between each post?

It isn't very long to be honest, something in the region of 10-15 seconds from what I remember (and what it feels like?)

Hmm, that's strange I'm getting it even after 30+ seconds sometimes more, maybe it is different for different threads or maybe as you post more? I know they must have something to detect spam. On another forum I use, it is 30 seconds for verified users and 5-10 minutes for new ones.
