I bought Chic Chateau today and bought the extra room out of the modular room area. I got everything set, the arrows put right where I wanted them and found out you cant change the wall color, floor color, windows or doors! I don't know why??? Crazy...anyway are all the modular rooms that way? Does anyone know?

Different homes and modular rooms have different wallpaper capabilities. I feel like Leeum or one of the other forumers had created a list of the homes and avenues that you could and couldn't update the walls on. It's been a while since I've seen that thread though and I'm not smart with the search option on the forum.

When this happens, use it as an opportunity to design your own custom wallpaper with laying wall tiles down. It's a lot more expensive and there are layering challenges with this approach, but I always feel much more proud of my room with this is done. Because, I've made it my own.

Yes that is the thought I had also, to use tiles and the wall strips. I am glad to know not all are like that because I just recently found out you could add rooms onto your houses. And I really like the idea of that. Thank you for your reply :)
