Hi! I‘m new player, level 10. I was wondering why from level 1 till now I can‘t change my avatar, or go to the store, I don‘t even have a house to start with. There’s no icon or menu to change avatar, or store, etc. The whole time just playing Emerald City and Gold Rush. Please anyone help me. Thank you.

Are you playing YoWorld online like the Desk Top App
or are you playing the Mobile Game.

Emerald City and Gold Rush are games on the Mobile App
you have no home or clothing store on the App. You would need
to play Yoworld on the app, computer or lap top--not sure what all
you can play it on and when you sign up then you get a few items of
clothing and a home. This is the link:

Welcome to the forums BELLA firstly
It does seem like you have been playing the YoWorld Mobile Companion App but to the access the main game you will need to log into you Facebook account and search for Yoworld and log into the game that way. You can only play the main game thru Facebook or by downloading the Desktop App when you get into the game after logging in via Facebook.
