Most people use a variety of ways. the most popular being a copy & paste method.
Copy & Paste method -
1. You find the picture of the item you want.
2. Hit the "print screen" button on your keyboard also sometimes "prt sc"
3. Open up a paint program and click the "paste" button.
4. A picture of your screen appears.
Then...
5. they use the "select" button and select just the area of the picture with the item in it.
6. Right click in the selected area, and "copy"
7. open up a new paint file, or start a new one and then hit "paste" again.
8. Your new picture of your item should appear.
Repeat it for as many items as desired.
Then once completed, save that new edited picture of item(s) and upload it to a photo host site, like photobucket or tinypic.
