I'v sent in 3 tickets bout lines going through my YW screen, most of the lines start at my enterance or arrows and at the top of the screen in some houses ,alot of my houses have this strange line thing going on . this all happened when the game changed over to BV and have no way of getting rid of them ,,was told by support it maybe a display problem but i have changed and reinstalled everything possible and its not a browser problem . I'v talked to a few players that had told me i could be tagged . If its not a browser, display, flash or computer problem then what is it ? it only happens on YW. If it's tags then how do i get rid of them ? Can someone plzz help?


I will stress again its not my pc or any programs ,or browsers,or flash i have tried them all
and everything BV said to do and still wont go away AND ONLY HAPPENS IN YW . plzzz help
and get rid of them! thanks to ANYONE in advance that can help solve this issue .

hmm, based in the description, i cant really make sense of that. if she says it only happens when she plays yoworld, that is very very strange. a selective display glitch ii reckon :(

i really need to look at the patient to make a diagnosis in this case

if you already tried changing to another browser (Explorer to Firefox, etc) and updating flash version, then it is an unusual problem indeed. And if this only happens in Yoworld, but not otherwise, then it is very strange. Have you tried playing in another computer and see if this problem persists?

even changed cords n all ,,IDK the issue but its on this games n BV end not mine. :gr

The mystery is :
all my trailors have the green line across the top!
some houses have green line plus arrow lines across !
others have all the above and then some !
Only happens in YW !
Lines at all the stores on the map!
lines attached to some items in game play !
AND get this NONE on my ave's ???????? i have no clue WTH ! maybe a response soon? my last ticket was in reply to Viking Scott's last email. hope that helps if viking read .

Ok bin playing around with things ,items that have lines attached to them i can only sell bk to game or keep in inventory but will go away as in this pic. However the while lines at the arrows i cant figure out and theres nothing around them so i have no idea bout those . look to the right and you see lines comming from the pictures ,statue,and rug ,they go away when i take those out ,but i paid for these items and want to keep them so now what? whatta mess !

There ya go. Since the lines are visible only in the PC you are using, and not in your husband's computer and anywhere else, hence the problem would be rooted in that particular PC.

It could be a problem with the rendering of your display. If you have a techie son/daughter/relative, please request them to take a look at Control Panel and see if they can look at some Display settings and help ya out.

It could also be the version of Flashplayer you are currently using. Have you checked if updating it to the latest version would help?

That's a shame! I thought one of the viking's would give you some kind of suggestions on what to do

I listened to everyone that had posted here and have tried everything to no avail. No i did not get any emails from any vikings regarding this problem. How could my pc duplicate flowers is beyond me. Im pretty much done with this company cuz now i'm starting to feel singled out. (idk) how else to take it! I'v tried 3 different towers (pc) and 2 different monitors, and still to no avail. i just thought with all these heads together someone would tell me something different to do but nothing is working so idk. leaving for work soon so i dont have time or want to mess with it anymore ,will just play with the lines there i guess,nothing i can do to change it . have a good day molly

Have you sent messages to any of the Vikings on the forum? Perhaps if you do that, and just point out that you have tried getting in contact with support about it and it hasn't been resolved, they may be able to look into it.

I'll try to do what I can from my end to get it resolved. ;]

If they read threads then im sure many of them have already read it ,personally i dont think they know how to fix it .
Its funny though if they think i can make lines appear on items or make them duplicate items . im at a loss and begining to think they just dont care and we are at a stalemate cuz i dont either. Bin dealing with it since July n will continue to i guess,i posted everything i know to be true and have spoking from feelings and really dont care anymore.I know they are prolly thinking im rough around the edges and i am , but give me a reason to support a company that dont wanna help? If i went to a department store and bought something i was not happy with and had a receipt they would refund me no questions asked . im not expecting a refund in this matter but was hoping for help that has not came ,so left with no choices.Dont know what else to say ! its my experience with this company i guess! idk

What i would really like to do is:
1) talk to Greg and ask him why his team failed to help me?
2) is if my problem is not fixable then tell me that and use this thread
to his employees as an example on why did we fail Crystal in both forums and emails?

...but if you can play your Yoworld on your hubbies PC and other devices without that errors...
...the mistake is definitely caused by your computer or monitor or some settings...
...k, can you tell me what kind of computer and monitor you have...
...and how much the display repeating rate is (60Hz, 70Hz, 80Hz)...
...is this an older computer (which technical details does it have?)...
...I know from an issue which is caused by newer flash player versions with older computers...
...k...interesting also would be which settings you have on your flashplayer...
...right click when in game...then choose settings...there are a few different tabs...
...you can also PM me this details if you don't want to give them public or per FB...
...as you wish...
...the repeating rate from your monitor should be choosen to one which fits with the flash player!...
...its a bit difficult...if I would sit in front of your computer...it would be lots easier...
...but will try my best...which version of flash player you are using?...
...how much space do you allow your flash player to be saved on your hard disk?...
...are you using adobe or shockwave?!? flashplayer!?!...

...have you tried to *reset* all flash player settings by adobe.com site?...if using the adobe one...
...if so...make sure you completely restarted afterwards your whole computer!...

I wanna thank everyone who replied to my quest of fixing those lines. We have tried everything suggested and then some to no avail.My hubby and I have come to the conclusion thats its a conflict between Zynga's program and BVG program conflicting on older PC's although they wont fess up to it ,its nor here or there. We are gonna let it go cuz their are no other choices other then saving for a new PC,so til Santa brings me one im stuck with it ! But i really do thank EVERYONE for their help in this matter.
