One of my account named 'Yovillian Baap' has been locked by Facebook and it requires Government issued ID to unlock and I don't have any ID(s). So, is there any way to unlock that account? Or please transfer my stuff and coins to this account. I made that FB account with GMAIL email address and I've that email address with password. Please help me out :wailing:

I am sorry to hear about your account.
It is against the Terms of Service (TOS) of facebook and Big Viking Games to not use your "real Identity." It keeps our accounts safe. We are not allowed to use fake names. `Yovillian Baap` is not a real name.
This is something you must straighten out with facebook and with BVG in email not in the forums.

Can you give me a email through which I can ask for help from FB and I've already emailed BVG.

You got to your "settings." At the very bottom, select, "report a problem."

...you are only allowed one account in game and on here!...

...FB is closing down all so called *fake-accounts* which are only made for gaming...
...so if you are including any kind of a game name or game shorty in your FB name...
...FB will close this accounts...in your case the word Yovillian caused this...
...I do understand why you don't have any legal government ID for this...

...only thing you could try is to submit a ticket to BVG or msg a Viking by forum pm...

...and to add:...after all them scams which are around...it is pretty suspicious to have more then one account... :nerd:
