Just wondering if you can sell or get rid of some of your exsisting houses, I have too many and also is there an easy way to clear a room to redecorate?

NO not yet but people are asking for it.

You can clear a room easily by going into Edit Mode and click on My Stuff, then click on Clear Room tab which is just to the left of the Cancel and Save tabs.

Everything in the room will go back into your inventory. Hope this is what you meant and helps.
