My bro was playing,he recently got unbanned on XMAS(2014) and he was very happy,since he got unbanned after 2011,he didn't did anything bad which will ban him,He was in an event "I want a real friend",he chatted with some people,he didn't used any bad language which is restricted,last message he wrote was "well yea,haha xD" which was "well yea,yaddad" or something like that,then he joined his buddy,and message appeared that You need to refresh your game,which he did,and this came :

His player id is 172388935,and he posted his wishlist on 23/1/2015 thread,his name is Nixon.

It would be best for you to send an email to the BVG staff through the HELP tab in the game. Give them this information and I am sure you will get a response.

He Should have an email, tell him to check his email that he uses to log in with facebook...
Also I highly doubt that BVG would ban your friend for nothing, Apparently BVG can check the chat log at the time he was banned so he must have done something wrong. He must not be telling you something.... :sleepy:

Well unless he IS doing something fishy..he should have an email address...and if he doesn't have a valid one I would strongly URGE him to validate it because facebook goes through monthly and literally sweeps them profiles off if they haven't been validated and they will most likely deny your request to open your profile back up.

I understand for your want/need to post but nothing can really be done here for future reference...you have to open the game and click "help" tab and go from there.
