IT AS IF ITS A THRONE TYPE THING. I HOPE THAT MAKES SENSE.
I SEE PEOPLE IN THEIR PLACES AND THEY HAVE LIKE 3-4 STEPS UP TO THEIR CHAIR, BEAUTIFUL STEPS ALSO. I WANT TO LEARN HOW TO MAKE ONE. I JUST GOT MY VERY FIRST GOOD VS EVIL CHAIR AFTER 7 MONTHS OF WANTING IT AND ITS GOING TO BE MY NUMBER ONE AND SPECIAL CHAIR (I KNOW THAT SOUNDS SILLY DONT JUDGE ME ;X ) AND I WANTED TO HAVE A COUPLE STEPS LIKE OTHER PEOPLE DO THAT GOES TO THE CHAIR.

I LOOKED IN ALL STORES FOR BOARDS, STAIRS, ETC AND I CANT FIND ANYTHING THAT I WOULD MAKE IT WITH I TRIED MY BEST TO LOOK FOR MYSELF. PLEASE IF ANYONE KNOWS CAN YOU EXPLAIN IT TO ME IN DETAIL?I WILL FOREVER BE GRATEFUL I ASSURE YOU

You need to describe what you saw in more detail, maybe the size? Color? of these steps. There was a set offered in a theme that is no longer available. There is a chair with steps, also no longer available.. People also just build them using many different items.

All of these I believe are discontinued, but a search of the trade section or AH may find them.

Also don't hesitate to use one or both of the price guides to look through old themes and you may find something you like.
You can easily just search for a general term like "Steps" and come up with some options.

Many build stairs with shelves. There are still some very pretty ones in the store, Luxury has some shelves, they are glassy. I have used all kinds of shelves to build them. The cottage, the old cottage benches are used for shelves as well.
