Everytime I click on my dog to speak all I get is "heavy breathing". How can I change it?

...well...in earlier times...it was possible to train the pet with biscuits...
...after giving it the biscuits for *speak*...you could type in what does the pet will speak...
...not sure if this is stil working...

I bought pets with biscuits and no where did I ever see where I could type in messages for the dog to say somethng. I wish. i missed that part.
