Hi guys, I have a problem with my laptop. The game worked well, but then it suddenly does not load at all (not even showing yoworld loading page, just a blank white page). I check the forum and the format looks messy. I tried to clear all my history, cookies, caches with CCleaner. I also update/reinstall my adobe flash player. However, it still doesn't work. The game works well in other laptop and my phone (using puffin browser). I am not good at computer or software. Hence, please let me know what other software should be updated or what I should do to fix this. tyvm

you are sure better than I ever was in forums. At least you can do all that and explain what you did. You are very good at computers.

This usually happens only on my iPad... I usually clear my history, which you did. I recommend probably letting you computer sleep for about 7-10min. If that doesn't work then try turning it off for 10min

You can see the Firefox logo at the bottom, and it looks like it has a browser page open, so it's probably Firefox.
She could try using a different browser, like Chrome.

Oh yes,I didn't see that! Maybe downloading and using Google Chrome will solve the problem. I will write a few detailed things for Firefox also.

I did this one in the fire fox setting. I got sick and tired of all the images and animations so I checked "do not show images on web pages."
This was Years years ago.
It was a real joke trying to locate the setting again to undo what I did.
I got bored of reading only links and font after a few hours. hhaha.

I have my firefox set to clear cache with i close the browser. It solves a lot of lag.. It appears as thought it wont load and you need to clear your cache. Who knows all it takes is one little check mark by not to show images, maybe you did this instead of clear cache?
