Thank You Jesse, I am glad you posted in response to this question. This is definitely a ticket issue. Id like to say to make sure you check your spam folder after you send in your ticket. I know I am being repetitive about this but once I had not checked my spam folder for months and when I did, I still forgot to add to my inbox to send email back and forth. A lot of my problems were unresolved due to a technical issue on my own part by me not checking my spam folder when I looked and when I did look, I forgot to add them. Every reply ended up being forgot or months. So check your spam and add bvg to your contact list.
