How do I get a ticket? I keep putting my e-mail in under account but nothing ever happens, I don't get a response in my e-mail telling me it's been accepted, so what do I do? Also where is the edit button?

Hi Bella , you send in a ticket by clicking on the help tab above your game screen. if you have not been receiving any replies I would strongly recommend that you check your junk spam folder to see if it has ended up in there as you should always receive an automated reply. The Support team have been a bit busy so they may not reply to you straight away.

Do you mean the edit button for threads? Click the little "EDIT" button in the top right hand corner of your post. it should be near the report icon (exclamation mark)

Okay I think i got it, Click on the Chair icon on the bottom of your game screen to enter Edit Mode, click Save when you're done editing

Let me know if it still doesn't work
