When I visit my neighbors, I get keys, chests or the wrapped up gifts, before all I did was click on it and it would open, now I can't seem to open the gifts..........any feedback will be appreciated :)

...those are to find under your yellow inv box bottom right Corner...
...go to *Special* tab...click on them...and click on *open*...

...sometimes after coin run...you have to rf game...and/or clear browser Cache to get your game data updated...
