I'm trying to add a signature to my forum profile but can't figure out where it goes. I tried User Control Panel, however, there isn't an option there..

Hello there. To add a signature to your profile, click on 'User Control Panel'. then click on the 'Profile' tab. Click on 'Edit Signature'. Type in the signature code or any text you would like to appear as your signature (within forum rules of course). Don't forget to save.
