so I heard about the art boards being fixed. which is great I'm coming from anoter game with a huge art community.
my big question is where can I find the art boards? ive looked in all I can think of with no luck.

Welcome to the forum :)

Click on the Decorating icon, then select Flowers & Gifts

Image

Then type 'Paint' into the Search box:

And the available paintboards (often called PBs in here) will be displayed :thumbsup:
