I would say it is probably an issue with the game itself.

It should still be working - Is there a specific part of storylines you're having a problem with? Have you tried recently since they added the new storyline, it might work now?

I'm having problems doing Storylines Chapter 2. I did the 2 other items and I also did Several Gem hangout bonus. It says I only have to do One Gem hangout bonus. I've done one everyday for at least 3 days and it won't turn green so I can get the reward. Any suggestions?
