I have not been able to upload my pictures to the brass frames for over a year now. I reported this twice before and still nothing has been done. So many problems and glitches have been on the rise in this game and there shouldn't be.
I think it's time to hire a reliable maintenance crew and get rid of who you have now. Many have left the game because of too many issue's and problems that rarely get resolved. I can't even enjoy the game as much as I did with these issue's pending. Let's see how long before they get resolved and are up and working again...
1. Pictures not uploading to my brass frames.
2. Selfies not posting.
3. Not able to type in Help in 'subject' and description area.
The game also tends to freeze and especially 'lose connection' without warning. It should always show 'zz's' on the avatar to warn them they need to move or will lose connection.
Your cooperation in repairing these issue's for me will be deeply appreciated! Right now the selfies is a must please!

I agree 100%! I feel like our concerns are being ignored! I haven't been able to share my rooms in over a year neither! I have the same complaints as do many players! Unfortunately, I don't think they really care anymore! It is so sad!

They only work if you logon to YoWorld thru facebook. They will not work on YoWorld.com or the app.
