The only ad I seem to be getting is Mattress Firm. Even though I let it go all the way to the end, it never gives a reward. Please either fix it or take it out of the loop.

Is the Mattress Firm ad supplied by the company, or their ad agency, or by Big Viking. Who ever created the ad is responsible for the problem should correct it. In the meantime the ad should be removed until it is corrected.
