That's insane!

Before this coronavirus outbreak, we would go grocery shopping once a month and stock up on staples & essentials. We'd get usually 4-5 jars of sauce, lol. Sucks these panic-driven people are ruining it for normal shoppers. :haha:

But here's something off topic.

Has anyone ever experienced Sleep paralysis?

Sleep paralysis most often occurs in people who have narcolepsy or sleep apnea, but it can affect anyone.
Episodes involve not being able to speak or move while falling asleep or upon waking. This usually lasts one or two minutes, and is often frightening.
The main treatment is improved sleep habits (sleep hygiene) including going to bed at the same time every night, ensuring a comfortable sleep environment free of distractions, and avoiding caffeine before sleeping.

I use to have this all the time and it can be really scary..if anyone has ever experienced it they can understand why..here's another tip on it.

The reason why sleep paralysis is so scary is not just because you will suddenly become alert but realize that you are, in fact, unable to move a muscle or utter a sound, but also because this experience is often — as in the case above — accompanied by terrifying hallucinations
