The OP is about posting in Spanish so I felt it was useful to remind the poster about Forum rules as to why we can't even if we wanted to. I love many foreign languages and I speak french and english and I know phrases in swedish, german and more but I am happy to speak English on the forums. I did it in a friendly manner, nothing wrong with that.

I get that it’s in the rules that a translation has to be accompanied, but tbh it isn’t that big of a deal. People should be able to speak in their language.

The five-year-old thread was one time and that was a mistake. Maybe you'd be best looking what excessive actually means, as you also seem to be making a mistake here.
