The word friends shouldn't even be allowed to be next the word fake. If you are fake, then you aren't a friend. I say delete them completely and move forward. Honestly I have maybe 2 people I can actually call my friends, all the rest are just associates that have come and gone from my life. Don't waste the time or effort sweets.

a fake is a fake and a friend is a friend ..
If a friend was a friend they dont fake about it
but if a fake was a fake they were never your friend if they were not your friend.
If you fall and no one comes to your rescue, they were fake.
Pick yourself up, be a friend to yourself.
Once you are a very good friend to your own self ( to your own self be true) You will be able to pick a friend better and not a fake.
You really do not need better people to pick from. You need a better friend picker, yourself.

I agree. Delete!!! I just did this a while back. No names, however, there was one person I was good friends with (or so I thought). I forget how we met exactly, but for about 2 years? we were pretty tight. She was from another country so the time zones were wacky, but we managed. One day we discovered we had the same birthday. It was on then. We were inseparable. I bought extra yc for her and sold it to her for pennies compared to what others had to pay. I gave her the pin on the cards for her birthday and let her go shopping. I was constantly giving her stuff and I do have to say, she gave me stuff too, but it seemed to be a little one sided. Then one day she disappeared. Gone. Poof. No goodbye. Nothing. Almost a year, maybe even longer, went by and I heard nothing from her. Finally, I cleaned out my FB friends and she was one that I deleted. A few weeks ago, when we found out that BVG was taking the game, she suddenly appears out of the blue and wants to be "friends" again. Ummmm...no. Renee don't play that. I don't need friends that want to use me for yc and helping fund their game and when that is gone, I'm not even a thought to them. I love my delete button. :lol:
