It's been hectic as my daughters been in hospital and I only been on when she's been asleep-doing alright she is going to need 6-8 weeks to heal but she's a trouper-kinda means I gotta do everything now-all the running around and stuff she's been doing and I jump on when I can for now but really we are usually on and you went missing into your game on us!

Anyway, she apologized for the kids making so much noise and I told her its ok.. kids are only little once but they needed to use their inside voice inside and outside voice outside. She agreed and told the kids to calm down. She looked so exhausted that I knew I needed to help.. so the phone rang and I got a second with the kids. Well, I walked over to them and asked them if they'd like to play game. They both said sure.. we love games.. and they were both so excited. I reached in my pocket book and said.. I'm going to give ya'll 5.00 each and you're going to stand against the wall and hold it with your nose. Whoever drops it first.. the other gets to keep both. They were excited and starting hollaring.. that's a lot of candy money Anyhoo, their mom got off the phone and started freaking out because the kids were so quiet because normally if kids are quiet they are usually into something. I told her they were ok.. come look. I explained what I had done and she was like OMG .. only you would do something like this and started laughing. They stood there 1 hour like that and discussing what kinda candy they were gonna buy whoever won. I was fixing to leave.. so I told them they could get out and the boy told me no he didn't wanna lose his candy money. So I reached into my pocket book and pulled out 10.00.. 5.00 for each kid. I told them they could get out now.. and gave them 5.00 each. So now they had 10.00 each to spend. They were so excited they went and sat down in front of the TV discussing what they were gonna buy. See.. sometimes timeouts work in good ways

dunno where Nick-ers went to but missed him again,I lmao at your good time out,that was brilliant-reminds me of a fall day -we had a birthday party so I got this idea to give each kid a leaf bag (pretty big) and made a contest game of whoever could fill a bag or more would win a prize-hahaha didn't have to rake that day and the kids actually collected 15 bags full-damn I was good that day with my thinking cap on-they all won a basket full of prizes-shouldda seen their excitement! happy happy joy joy one chore eliminated.
Funny how kids don't see work or time out when it comes to things like that-a win win situation! Good thinking on your part.
Daughter is on the mend,course she isn't herself as she is on strong very strong pain meds..I get her up to move her around so her muscles don't tighten up and move her on the bed every 2 hours so she don't get bed sores...we are doing what we can thanks for the kindness
