I have been promoted to a soft collar neck brace that I have to take off twice a day 30 min each time at the start then extend the time every time I take it off until I am out of it completely. Still need to careful on how I do things and my doctor wants my weight limit to be around 15lb. I had planned on going back to work Monday but a cold may set that back-2nd cold in 2 weeks ugh. Can't wait to get back in the game, hopefully in about 3 weeks :heart: Found out it will take another 3 months for my spine to fully fuse together
