I really want to, but I have no idea where the line for humor is anymore in these forums. Obviously what I know is funny, is not funny to someone. And since we cater to the lowest common denominator when it comes to humor now, I'm fresh out of Laffy Taffy jokes. Sorry

Yeah I see someone got that thread locked. You raise a good point though. Are we talking PG-13 granny jokes or something a bit more mature.

I can't say. Andrew let us post outside the rules for years. Cussing. Raunchy. Touchy topics. All of it was allowed outside of abject porn and abusive stuff. We've post the darkest humor, made fun of every gender, laughed at ourselves, and generally had the only real fun this forum still had in it. But nope. Somehow it's not ok now, and I just don't have the energy to fight for the forums any more. If they want to suck out all the fun, it's their forums. I have plenty of places to play away from here where no one gets huffy over any type of humor.

mhm. Humor is all about the audience. As long as it's not racist, I'm generally good with whatever. However, not everyone is. So, maybe change the title to include MA-18 only and voila. And run another alongside for Teen rating. Then they can pick their poison. Or as you say, forgetaboutit. There are other options...

I don't think it can be helped anymore. There were all kinds of people sharing jokes about others and themselves, but someone took all the liberty of being offended by it.

All the great, funny TV shows were recorded in the era when we didn't make a fuss about jokes like women being bad drivers. This type of thing just wouldn't fly today.

Would be pointless at any rate, since banned crybabies with a vendetta acting like report humpers with their 2 dozen alts are being taken seriously in here. Its pretty strange that the reports and who sent ain't investigated, especially after being told multiple times with evidence, whats going on here.


This place seems to be getting killed off in favor of the shiny new discord toy. Just wonder how long that will last?
