My poor is sick and I have a feeling we'll be saying good bye soon. She's lovely old girl at 14 and has brought me a lot of joy over the years. She's currently struggling with a UTI, but I fear it may be more serious than that. We saw the vet last week and I'm following her instructions with the meds and extra water. She hasn't really improved and is showing somewhat concerning signs. I'm giving her all the love I can and I'm keeping her comfortable and we'll see how things go. I'm trying to mentally prepare to say good bye to if things become worse and her quality of life changes. I'm just feeling tired and drained. I'm also feeling so overwhelmed with the amount of housework that I should be doing but can't seem to and getting our sleep routines back on track and back into the new school routine. I think tomorrow I will have a cup of tea and see what I can do about reaching out for some extra supports.

BIG HUGS Michelle... oh my good a lot all at once. Sorry for all you are going through... house work can wait it will still be there tomorrow right now you need to take care of you!
Love on your precious kitty as much as you can hopefully she pulls through but if not know you have done all you can and loved her through to the end.
You can never prepare yourself no matter how much you try.
Take life as it comes don't try to tackle everything all at one ... one thing at a time.
A nice hot bath... a cup of tea, a little bit of you time then one problem at a time...
