I have the same problem - the ads don't work in Firefox or Chrome. They work in the app though. But I am used to Chrome, so I really hope this will be fixed - the ads are my only income of coins. Cant wait until all this change is over with, I just want to be able to play Yo like I always have. 12 years this summer

Have you installed the latest version of Firefox? Firefox gives me no issue. I suggest trying Vivaldi browser, it is based on Chrome so it might work fine with you. Who knows Vivaldi has no issue with keyboard not showing up. I use Vivaldi and I can type, so maybe it is good to give it a try? Good luck.

That has been happening for hours now. I was going to try the Opera browser, but I'll try Vivaldi first. Chrome is loading the game, but I still can't get the keyboard to appear so that I can buy items.

this is good-bye to yoWorld for me,
i'm unable to get a keyboard to work in search & chat +
to write a ticket, ect. bars so with that and the roundabout way i
have to use to finally get in yw (chrome fb yw) with log in' s being
deleted when clearing cache plus now yw companion won't load i've
decided its a bit much so its good-bye

yw was my therapy.. not sure what coping mechanism i'll need to find
as replacement
i canceled my VIP and now have to walk away from millions maybe trillions
of yocoin items i own plus all the thousands of $ spent on yocash, ect.

handwriting keyboard didn't even work and it said works Everywhere, Not!
tried Vivaldi an no keyboard option; well tried it all i guess even to send a
ticket asking to install an in game keyboard for mobile but no keyboard to do it.

Opera won't show the link to the streaming game, so we cannot proceed into the stream. For me, only these three browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Vivaldi) work fine, keyboard showing and I can type as usual. Opera doesn't work. I don't get it why Chrome does not show the keyboard. Could it be Chrome's setting? Try to check your Chrome's setting, Cheryll? Good luck!

Please don't give up yet!! Please hang in there, things will get better, they are still working on it. It is tough transition time. As to the YW Mobile Companion not loading, don't worry it cannot load for me too and I am sure they will fix it later. The ads are a source of income not only for us players but also for BVG.
Maybe take a break and return in a week or two, you will see things will improve. At least we will have answers, if not from BVG, then from other users who share their experience and tips.

Trying to load it now and it is stuck at 74% and loading. Which has been stuck this way for over an hour. Not good no matter how I look at it.

If it does not load at 74%, 77% or 80% for over a minute or two, try to reload. Or, close the game, wait for 5 minutes or so, then launch it again. It usually works. Reloading or relaunching usually makes you connect to a different server, which could be less overwhelmed by connection requests.

I just wanted to give an update for people having trouble with keyboards.

The reason for this is because you are playing on a mobile browser. Yoworld is not designed to be played mobile, so it does not have any support for using these browsers with extra features like an on-sxreen keyboard.

i have a chrome book and started using streaming, it works great, very fast and clear bright screen. i know there will be issues as we start using it, ads was one and i seen that it is up today, TY but the one issue i use all the time is to download my avi after i change her and that will not work for me. says download app which i can not do. taking a screen shot is tricky with some of the outfits and then you have to go remove the whit back ground if you want to use an edit app. so please make this accessable; that would be great as i'm always posting in group etc.

still not able to access ads. although it does pop up and say non available. and still can't download my avi's , this is super frustrating. i have to screen shot and remove the background if i wan t to use an edit feature

My notebook's OS is "Endless" and it says it doesn't supports Yoworld.exe. What I have to do?

Hi and Happy New Year to all! I have not been able to load the game through the app. It keeps loading to 100 and back to zero again and again. Please acknowledge this issue with the app. Thank you

How about you fix the app? Theres so many people having issues getting in tonight because it won't load for them. All it does is get to 74% and disconnects you.
