Another update has gone out today, primarily concerning the blocking feature.

As you know, our #1 YoValue is Safe and Secure. This means we want the game to be a safe place to be, free from hackers and scammers and so on, but also making sure you are equipped with the tools to deal with people who are rude, mean or abusive towards you.

The block feature went part of the way towards this, but now we have further upgraded it so that blocked players will not appear in your chat log and they cannot send you any requests either. You'll still see them as a faded character rather than invisible so that you don't try to sit places where they're sitting, for example.
