I had to pay out a lot of coins to get them.. but it was a challenge.. lol

One way to move ahead faster is to play when the golden spins are filled up to 10. The best game I have found to move up and get prizes is Goldrush. Make sure you have your Golden Spins and choose coins to bid...up to the highest amount. It is amazing how fast you can go just buy doing that. When you have spent all the golden spins.... drop your amount of coins back down to 100. Sometimes I have played with YoCash too. 1 YC gets you moving up through the levels too, Good luck!
