ARE we going to be able to transfer our app funds to our game?? I have almost 94 MILLION in the mobile app that I was going to be transferring before the 30th Now, NO ONE can get in the mobile app! What is going on?? PLEASE give us some answers!!

I took the precaution of transferring the majority of my funds days ago, on the chance that this sort of nonsense might happen.

I'd like to know the answer to this, too. Also, how are you going to know how much to reimburse everyone for the coins they've lost in all of the games that they've tried to win and the games didn't work correctly? Or are you? I've got several bonuses I missed out on, not to mention the coins I've lost while trying to get said bonuses. I have over 20 million coins & over 200 yc still in game. I pray I get it all back. I did not write any tickets on any of this because I figured it probably wouldn't do any good. If I need to, please let me know and I'll do so. Obviously, I can't provide you with any screen prints. Thank you for your time and I hope we can come up with a favorable agreement on this.

Yaya, I seriously doubt we will ever be reimbursed for the coins we lost (as everyone did) trying to play the games that were not responding. Those are a sunk cost for us all. But it would be nice to get the coins that were left in our accounts!!! That would be the minimum fair thing for us all.
