What you are seeing here is basically the funds being added to your YoWorld account and being removed from your YoWorld Mobile Companion App account. Because the two are linked, it is giving both in this log. We know this is very confusing, and so we plan on removing the mobile logging in a future update.
I transferred again this morning and kept track of my coins and I do have the coins, this is a new thing because it didn't start until 9/22 and I've been transferring coins for over month. I'm glad to see they're removing it. It does appear to look like your getting the coins and than taking them away.

They were pretty quick in answering when I put in a ticket. Hopefully they will for you too

How long did it take for them to respond to you? I still have not heard anything.

How long did it take for them to respond to you? I still have not heard anything.
I think it was only a week.
