My log is showing that I transferred 50k coins from the mobile app with a immediate log of removing 50k coins. Why?

After looking back at my log I discovered that I have only EVER transferred coins from the mobile app to my account twice. BOTH times, there is a credit transfer with IMMEDIATE removal of the same amount! What the HECK! WHY??????? I should have a total 150k more in my account!

Hi Amber TOG,

I apologize for the confusion. The error isn't in the transfer itself (that part is working properly), but in the way the log is DISPLAYING the transfer. What it's currently doing is showing you that +50k coins were ADDED to your YoWorld account, and 50k coins were REMOVED from your YoWorld Mobile account.

Essentially, it's telling you the same thing twice, but in 2 different ways. It's basically saying "You have added 50k coins to your YoWorld account" AND "You have removed 50k coins from you YoWorld Mobile account" at the same time.

We have a fix coming out planned for next week (hopefully) that will fix this so it displays the transfer properly. But rest assured, for now, transfers are working properly, they're just not displaying it properly.

Once again I apologize for the confusion!

I transferred 75k and i didn't receive it on my yoworld account is it just a late transfer or will i not see my 75k its not a big deal but id like to know what happened..!

Thank you for replying. And that does make sense, however, unless it came in super late, I never received the coins. I was on my account when I did the transfer. I did not see the coins change on this game. I refreshed the game and still had no change in coin value.

I never received my 90k coins I transferred last week. Put in a ticket and no response and still no coins so I am out 90k completely.

I transferred 120,000 coins from the application of mobile. And I realize that at the time of transfer have been removed. WHERE IS MY MONEY????
