We're super excited to announce that the YoWorld Mobile Companion App version 2.0 is now available on the App Store and Google Play Store!

This new update brings with it lots of new goodies, including:

• The level cap has been extended by 10! You can now hit level 70!

Thanks for the updates but I think we need another update to fix the updates. Here are some issues/glitches I'm encountering:

1- UPDATE ON MATCH 3: now it seems to be working. Thanks for the fix.

2-Not sure this is an issue or glitch but in the new feeding frenzy game whenever I get the to the scatter part of the game where you get free spins the coins in my win box starts off always over 100k as soon as the spins starts and I win some money that supposed first amt win in that box always goes poof into the abyss and I end up with whatever amt I get from the first winning spin which is way smaller than the starting point. Not sure I'm explaining this correctly. But I feel either it's a glitch or we are being cheated out of winnings. I'll take a ss when I get to that screen again.

3- Glitch or sneakiness...yesterday when the app first updated & I played the feeding frenzy game every time I got the bonus game where you click on chests to advance to the next row of chests I would mostly make it to the last level without getting that nasty puffer fish which would end the game. Now today EVERY time I get to play that part of the game I never get past row 2. No matter what chest I pick I always get the puffer fish. Seems kind of fishy to me...

I was totally confused about the Feeding Frenzy winning anounts. I thought I just hadn't paid enough attention to the rules.
I lost a lot.... Instead of 300,000 (which came up at the beginning of my spins) and at 20000 coins a pop, I got 80,000 in total after all the spins..
and that nasty puffer fish was always there... waiting..

How about fixing some of the damn glitches? I ******* hate the leadership at BVG. Jerkoff! FYI, these guys will not help you if game freezes and you cant collect your yc winnings! I was betting yc (yc I purchased) on a slot machine, got 3 doors on payline, and game froze so I couldn’t pick a door (collect my winnings). Been 6 days and still haven’t fixed the issue, but if i was somehow overpaid they would’ve fixed it instantly. BVG doesnt give 2 ***** about the players that financially support their games!

I keep getting the spin server can't be reached on the frenzy game. I'm in th shark frenzy bonus, and am stuck cause it can't reach the server. I've rf-ed 5 times alweady. It just takes me to the frenzy each time I go back, but nev completes now though its trying

I also just uninstalled and reinstalled the game; still the server issue

Went to a diff slot game, spun there, and went back. It helped it connect I think. Back to playing

I'm sorry to hear you've had this experience using the YoWorld Mobile app, and I can definitely understand your frustration. Unfortunately, I don't have the ability to look into the details of your account on the Forums, so I would highly suggest you get in touch with our Player Happiness team who would be more than happy to help you out. You can do this by clicking on the Help tab while playing YoWorld, and following the steps to submit a Help ticket.

The more details you can provide to our team about your experiences, the easier it will be for them to hopefully get to the bottom of this

ok now the server issue isnt being solved spinning on a diff slot first anymore. Is no one going to address our concerns unless we cuss in a post or... ?

Is the Turtle a prize yet? I saw in AH the hermit crab hat. I haven't seen the turtle and hermit crab hat in any of the prize boxes yet.

First time in months that I had more than one friend requesting gifts! Please keep it up I might actually hit goal today!

Bug fixes...really? I have more issues now than I did before! The videos keep crashing the game and it kicks you out of the Mobile App. stating, "Unfortunately, YoWorld Mobile has stopped". I have reported it several times and sent in a ticket about it. Please fix the issues with the Mobile App.

So I am able to send gifts to friends today. But it's not counting towards my goal. Can you please fix this dang thing or get gifts off of the daily goals!

When are we getting more levels............
