There was no coin prize for level 65, what was the reward? I thought it was being able to bid a higher amount but I am still at 20k as a maximum bid.

The Level 65 reward is an increased gift bonus in the bottom right corner of your screen you can get coins every 4 hours, it increases to 4600 from 4200.
