I bid on like 5 items a few minutes ago and I just noticed my coins are gone..Is this legit?
If someone beats me will I get them back?

When you bid on an item it takes your money and will return it if someone outbids you, that is how it works. Right now though some say they are having problems with AH.

Yeah its to ensure that you have enough coins to pay for the item when the auction closes if your not outbid. Otherwise you could attend sales spend all your coins forgetting you've promised to pay such and such an amount. Kinda a guarantee to the seller I guess.

No questions are stuipid :)

It takes a while for coins to get back to you, even when AH works properly ;)
