Some girl had it in her house and I asked if it was for sale ( I collect these kinda dogs) and she said a friend gave it to her a long time ago and it was very dear to her, so does anyone know what it is?

I have never seen it before - Thought of you today when i was in the Three's section there is a dog in there taking something from his food bowl. Kinda cute, did you get that one yet?
