Does anyone know if these flags were based on specific countries or if they were just made up?

I've always wondered about this, and I wouldn't even know where to look to find out. Thank you all for your time and have a wonderworld™ day!

As far as I know they aren't actual flags but they look like a few were based off real flags.

I think they are just heraldic banners... but some of them look as if they are based on flags. Who knows.
