So today I had purchased a Hair in AH for 8yocash (BIN) , it took my yocash but I didn't recieve the item. Is this normal or does it take time to recieve the item (waited over 6 hours now).

You should get it right away. Could take up to 30 mins though.

I've never had to wait that long to get my item, so I don't think it's normal. There's been a lot of issues with the AH lately.

Just a suggestion, if you haven't tried yet. I have bought Hair in AH before and couldn't find it til I scrolled way down past the Starter hair at the bottom of my inventory Hair Category and sure enough there it would be sitting right where it shouldn't be. Best of Luck! I hope you find it. I agree w/ other posters you should have had it by now.

I'm surprised they haven't shut the AH down until it gets fixed. Someone I know irl had to put in a ticket today too.

I lost an item and even included before and after screenshots to prove it, but they refused to acknowledge it happened, so I hope you have better luck than I had : )

Auction house is nice when it runs smoothly. Im just going to do my best to shop with my friends i suppose i been using it although i hear of this things happening, i also bought a yocap and it did not say non refundable on it, nor did it say free gift . Since they sold the free gifts fakes in the auction house last time. I always check when an item i buy is over 1 mil in coins. I dont always check but to be sure im not getting scammed. That is the reason we use auction house to be sure and not be scammed. LOL, I do know that i saw them put yoworld down a few times to deal with this. Not sure of the outcome yet.

When you buy out an Item it is indeed suppose to go into your inventory immediately, vise versa when you win while BIDDING on an item it can and most likely takes 10-30 minutes probably even more to receive coins or items. The auction house has been quite troubling for many lately so best of luck, wait a few or send a ticket right away your choice

I've been reading people saying they've had issues for weeks now. This is the first time I've lost an item but I know lots of people have lost stuff. They really should shut it down and fix it, I agree.
