I played a long time ago and I can't get into the first "modern" house that yoville put out. Some of my best furnishings are in that house and i would love to retrieve some of them. The house is white with aqua trim, decks,a pool etc. Thank you.

This is a problem that they fixed for me. It has happened to a few people, and it is with older houses. Send them a ticket and tell them which house, they know the issue. Just a warning, if they reset the game the problem with loading comes back so I actually emptied the homes affected the second time they fixed them. Good luck.

I am having this problem again with the older houses, especially the contemporary. I can get in the balcony door but not the living room door.

I had a similar problem with this glitch as well and hopefully they will address this problem soon. Just wondering if you have a music player in your modern house as there is a known problem with some of the tracks which prevent you from entering

Oh, I didn't know that about the tracks! Maybe that's why I can't get into my apartment.
